It didn't look quite like this, but it was finger lickin' good. He signed up to bring Sunny's famous pumpkin pie courtesy of Costco. The best part of the potluck is that they ALWAYS let the employees leave early. Probably because the office doesn't have a place to store 200+ frozen turkeys. :) Whatever the reason is, we were happy to be able to start our weekend a few hours earlier.
Adam has been counting down the days until the newest Bond movie came out so Sunny went earlier this afternoon to get tickets to one of the afternoon showings.
We enjoyed the movie. There were a few action sequences we really liked, but it wasn't quite as good as "Casino Royale," the last James Bond flick, but it's definitely worth seeing on the big screen! Adam has brought a new dimension into Sunny's life. Never before we were together had Sunny EVER seen a James Bond movie. She grew up in a house full of girls. Now, she's enjoying (or putting up with) the "boy" movies.
Now we're home and it's Sunny's turn. Tonight's plan - frozen yogurt and "Driving Miss Daisy." Hey, we have to balance out the guy movies with some chick flicks. :)
