Every year we like to go down to the Mesa Temple to see the lights. We stop at El Charro before hand which is a Mexican food restaurant that has been there for YEARS! In fact, Sunny's grandparents used to go there on dates back when "a bean burrito cost 25 cents." We ordered our usual - Sunny gets a side of beans and a flour tortilla (same thing she has always ordered since she was a little girl) and Adam gets his cheese crisp. After our "gourmet" dinner we headed over to see the lights. There were more lights than last year and what amazes us most is that all the lights are done by volunteers. We love this tradition of visiting the lights every year!
