Before we could leave Idaho, we had to wait for our Interstate Compact to go through. Basically you have to get permission from Idaho AND Arizona in order for us to cross the state lines. We ended up being in
Pocatello for a little over a week. We LOVED having the time to spend with just the 3 of us as well as visiting with Morgan, Josh and their families and also having our parents come up to see their granddaughter for the first time too! We seemed to eat at Ruby Tuesdays (the restaurant right next to our hotel) WAY too often, got to see Idaho Falls AND the inside of our hotel room :) There isn't too much you can do in Poky with a newborn!! We did a lot of "
photo shoots" in our hotel room too... poor Quincy, the darn camera flash is ALWAYS going off!! :)
June 3rd - Happy Birthday Sunny!!!
Adam will NEVER be able to top this Birthday!!! :) June 3rd was also the day that Morgan and Josh were to appear in court. They invited us to attend as well. You should have seen the crowd we had! The Judge said he never sees that kind of support at an adoption hearing. Just goes to show you how much Morgan and Josh are loved! After court they invited us over to Morgan's parent's home for a bbq. Little did we know when we got there, they had planned a birthday party for Sunny. Have we told you how amazing Morgan, Josh and their families are?!?! We just love you guys!!!!!
